Students of Narasaraopeta Engineering College (NEC) proudly participated in IDE Bootcamp Edition 3 – Phase 1, held from 6th to 10th April 2026 at Sanskrithi School of Engineering, Puttaparthi, Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
In a remarkable achievement, five NEC teams were selected among 62 teams from across the country, showcasing the college’s growing strength in innovation, entrepreneurship, and practical learning.

Hands-on Learning and Startup Exposure
Under the guidance of Dr. K. Suresh Babu, students gained valuable hands-on exposure to startup ecosystems, business strategies, and pitching techniques using the Lean Canvas Model.
As part of the bootcamp experience, students also visited the incubation center at Sri Krishnadevaraya University, where they explored innovation-driven initiatives and entrepreneurial opportunities.
