About CSE(AI) Department
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) is dedicated to advancing education and research in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence. The department offers a comprehensive curriculum that equips students with strong foundations in computer science along with specialized knowledge in AI technologies, intelligent systems, data analytics, and emerging AI applications.
Established in 2020 with an initial intake of 60 students, the department has grown significantly and currently offers an intake of 300 students. The department is supported by a team of highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated faculty members with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and related domains.
Faculty members actively engage in research, consultancy, industry collaborations, and professional development activities to stay abreast of emerging technologies. They regularly publish research articles in reputed journals and conferences, undertake funded projects, and mentor students in innovative projects, internships, certifications, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
