Short-Term Goals
· Tnnnnneach students the core principles of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and technologies behind smart systems.
· Guide the students to apply AIML techniques to solve the real world problems in various domains.
· Develop students’ ability to effectively communicate their technical ides and collaborate in team environments.
· Familiarise students with current technological trends and breakthroughs such as deep learning, NLP and generative AI.
· Motivate the students in national and international hack-a-thons, seminars and conferences.
· Facilitate workshops, guest lectures and seminars in collaboration with industry experts to provide practical exposure in current applications.
Long-Term Goals
· Develop the department as a leading hub for education, innovation and research in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
· Motivate and guide the students to start their own start-ups and innovations.
· Promote research and consultancy activities in the department.
· Encourage faculty to take up funded research projects from various organizations.
· Expand lab infrastructure to support cutting-edge research in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and related technologies.
