Dr. Y. Anki Reddy is Professor and Head of the Department of MBA with over 18 years of experience in management education, research, and academic leadership. He holds an MBA from JNTUK and a Ph.D. in Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University and has made significant contributions to teaching, research, and institutional development.
As Head of the MBA Department, he actively promotes outcome-based education in management studies, a strong research-oriented academic environment, and effective industry–academia collaboration. He ensures continuous quality improvement in teaching, learning, and evaluation processes in alignment with NAAC and NBA accreditation standards for MBA programs. He is committed to mentoring MBA students, enhancing their managerial competencies, and fostering academic excellence, leadership skills, and professional development to prepare them for successful careers in the corporate and entrepreneurial world.
