PORTABLE MULTI OBJECT HOLDER

A vice has a pair of parallel, work-piece clamping jaw-members, which jaw members are spaced laterally apart. The first jaw-member is a semi-rigid one, while  the second jaw-member is completely slidable as an integral unit, and also allows for  the two jaw-elements thereof of which it is comprised to be movable toward and away  from each, whereby the second jaw-member may be used separately to hold a  work piece, and may be used in conjunction with the first jaw-member for assisting the  first jaw-member in firmly and safely clamping a work piece order to provide a more  stable holding of the work piece during the working . The second, floating jaw member may be adjusted for holding the smaller-diameter portion of a long work piece, while the fixed jaw member holds and clamps the larger diameter portion of the same work piece. The second work piece may be used alone for holding and clamping work pieces that are more difficult to grip, or the like, and also may be used for holding a tool, or similar article, while the first, semi-rigid jaw-member clamps a work piece associated with by floating jaw member.

FABRICATION OF CRANK & LEVER MECHANISM

Slider-crank mechanism is a particular bar linkage configuration that exhibits both linear and rotational motion simultaneously. This mechanism is frequently utilized to investigate machine kinematics and resulting dynamic forces.  The position, velocity, acceleration and shaking forces generated by a slider-crank mechanism during operation can be determined analytically. A simple straight, a circular motion or/even an elliptical motion from a link of any mechanism is easily achievable.  In this project fabricated slider crank mechanism for the line of action with respect to the piston and crank.

FABRICATION OF METAL SHEET BENDING MACHINE

A manually operated metal sheet bending machine is used to bend a metal sheet of variable thickness. As it is operated manually there is no power consumption and it is easy to operate. The time required to bend a metal sheet by bending machine is very less when compared to the manually bent by workers and even extra workers are reduced as bending of metal sheet by a bending machine is easy and compact. The metal sheet bending machine can be made with low cost in a less period of time. The metal sheet bending machine is with low density, so that it can be easily carried to any place and it is useful to many companies to bend metal sheets

FABRICATION OF SAND SIEVING MACHINE

Construction of buildings requires sand as an important ingredient Sand is used at different stages in construction right from the foundation to the finishing work i.e. plaster. This sand is needs to be screened properly for various stages in construction, i.e. size of sand for construction work is slightly coarse whereas that used for plaster work is fine. Conventionally screening is normally done manually using fixed screens or machines. This manual process time consuming and laborious takes a lot of time and cost. It is also observed that the conventional machine prove of no or little help as the sand needs to be manually transported and material handling takes place twice to get different sizes of sand.1These processes are carried out manually. Sieving of sand is carried out using rectangular mesh which is inclined at certain angle. This causes a relative motion between the particles and the sieve. Depending on their size the individual particles either pass through the sieve mesh or retained on the sieve surface. There are different machines that are being used for sand sieving processes. In our project the process will takes place automatically. Thus, the time consumed during the whole process of preparing the concrete is reduced

WIND MILL

In this project a portable will mill is fabricated which has great potentialities and is easy to manage. All you have to do is build the turbine and everything else is going to be free. Wind power only makes up a tiny percent of electricity that is produced.

MECHANICAL PORTABLE DRUM LIFTER

Drum handler is a mechanical equipment that is used to handle and transport cylindrical module such as steel drumsbarrels, plastic drums and fiber drums. It has spring-loaded metal arms for a tight and secure grip. This equipment is commonly used in chemical and petroleum industries, as well as industries that require shipping and storing cylindrical modules.

Drum handling equipment has rated capacities that determine the maximum weight the equipment can safely handle and the conditions under which it can handle that weight. Employers must ensure that the equipment rated capacity is displayed on each piece of equipment and is not exceeded except for load testing. Drum roll lifters usually have a load attachment which can be easily changed to fit and accommodate multiple purposes and needs. They can maximize productivity by saving on the cost of moving stationary equipment and also help to avoid disruptions to the overall manufacturing process. Drum roll lifters not only maximize productivity, they also enhance the safety of your workers, which is absolutely necessary. There are numerous benefits to employers who provide their employees with the safest workplace possible. MINI HACK SAW

This project is on design and construction of an automatic power hacksaw machine or cutting of metals to different size and length with the help of hacksaw. The objective of this project is to save man power and time in cutting metals thereby achieving effective and high productivity. It is a cutting machine with tooth on its blade used specially for cutting metals. Rotary motion of the shaft is converted to reciprocating motion of the hacksaw. This is achieved with help of pulleys, flywheels, motor and shafts. Work piece of desired length can be cut by feeding it to hacksaw by holding it into bench wise. The various components of the, machines were designed and constructed. Test was carried out on different metals by using this machine.

FABRICATION OF ELECTRICALLY OPERATED MINI LAWN GROSS CUTTER

A lawn mower grass cutter is a machine utilizing one or more revolving blades to cut a grass surface to an even height. The Cutting height of the grass may be fixed by the design of the mower, it is also adjustable by the operator, typically by a single master lever, or by a lever or nut and bolt on each of the machine’s wheels. The blades may be powered by manual force, with wheels mechanically connected to the cutting blades so that when the mower is pushed forward, the blades spin, or the machine may have a battery-powered to cut the gross.

METAL BENDER

The project deals with manufacturing or bending of sheet metal by using power operated sheet bending machine. Especially discussion made the productivity analysis of manually or power operated sheet bending machine. Considering manual operation is replaced by power operated devices. It also gives information about limitation of manually operated sheet bending machine and power operated sheet bending machine.

DESIGN & FABRICATION OF MOTORCYCLE HELMET WIPER

Everyone has to use the HELMET while driving a Two- wheeled vehicle. Every year an average of 4700 people is being dead and two lakhs people are being injured. Because they are using helmets while it is raining and fogging outside. So, we have implemented a Helmet Wiper to reduce those accidents.This project includes design, 3-D printing of helmet wiper and Arduino programming. In this project we are designing helmet wiper by using 3d printing technology. We have used a Arduino nano, Servo motor and a 3-D designed wiper and a Bread board to fabricate the helmet wiper.So, with the help of this project we can decrease many accidents which are mentioned above. And this equipment is not costly, so it will be affordable to anyone. We can mount this wiper to any kind of helmet so that it will be helpful to everyone. FABRICATION OF SOLAR LIGHT& PANEL

Generation of solar energy has tremendous scope in India. In this project we fabricated solar street light by using solar panels. The energy is generated by solar panels during day time, stored to battery and during night time, the energy stored in battery is used to illuminate street light.Direct use of solar energy is the only renewable means capable of ultimately supplanting current global energy supply from non-renewable sources, but at the expense of a land area of at least half a million km2.

MINI HYDRAULIC PAPER
CUTTING MACHINE

In this project we have introduce a special purpose hydraulic model of cutting machine and we have showed how the hydraulic model of is economically and exactly works. We made the design of the different parts of hydraulic cutter so that we finally fabricate the machine to perform the operation on the aluminum sheet and GI Sheets and Iron sheets to produce the final product and on papers and foam sheets.

This machine can also be used for multipurpose works. We have seen how the Hydraulic systems allow users to accurately yield large amounts of power with little input force.

PEDAL OPERATED HACK SAW

Pedal operated hacksaw machine which can be used for Industrial applications and Household needs in which no specific input energy or power is needed. pedal is directly connected to the hacksaw through crank and slider mechanism for the processing of cutting the wooden blocks, metal bars, and PVC materials. The power hacksaw machine, which runs on human power, works on the principle of the conversion of rotational motion to oscillatory motion.

PORTABLE STEAM ENGINE

A portable steam engine is a heat engine that performs mechanical work using steam as its working fluid. The steam engine uses the force produced by steam pressure to push a piston back and forth inside a cylinder. This pushing force is transformed by a connecting rod and fly wheel into rotational force work.

WATER SPRINKLER

In this project by using Dynamo Principle and centrifugal force Hydro power and water sprinkle is constructed. In this project Hydro power is used to rotate magnets setup, around an armature which is stationary. An E.M.F (electro motive force) is generated which is used to glow a blub.

The water is used to rotate the magnets setup is sprinkle by the blades attached to the rotating magnets setup this sprinkle water is used to wet a domestic lawn. Water is drawn from a overhead tank of the building.

Belt conveyer system can improve efficiency and help to reduce repetitive lifting and carrying. Many industries use belt conveyor system s to transport raw materials and product through the stages of process. We can say that conveyor system is the backbone of the industries, if they failure in conveying system that needs to be fixe as soon as possible

MINI DRILL PRESS MACHINE

A drilling machine, called a drill press, is used to cut holes into or through, wood or other materials. Drilling machines uses a drilling tool that has cutting edges. Press drill machine perform operations to cut the hole of required size depending upon the size of drill press. In this drill press project, a drill press is attached to the wooden frame and is rotated and fed into the work at variable speeds.

This Mini Drill press consists of a DC motor included inside the drill press, hand operated wood material with a wooden frame which provides support to the entire device. The Hand operated wooden frame for vertical up down motion by applying hand pressure. This drill press machine makes drilling easy and efficient.

The main objective of this project has been designing of a foldable bench that can be converts the bench and table this is very useful and also occupies less space it can used in mostly picnic areas this is very easy to design.

CUTTING FLUIDS FOR TURNING OF DIFFERENT
MATERIAL AND ESTIMATION OF MICRO-ORGANISM GROWTH

In this work, water based cutting oil used as cutting fluid in the ratio of 1:20 of oil & water. After machining, the used oils were taken and stored in sterilized bottles and tested once in a week to study the microbial contamination. The colony count is gradually increased from fresh oil to Cutting Oil after machining.Found colony count of 10 in fresh oil, 20 in Cutting Oil after machining Al 356 + Graphite MMC, 31 in Cutting Oil after machining Pure Al and 50 in Cutting Oil after machining Pure Brass.
