The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Narasaraopeta Engineering College (Autonomous), successfully conducted a Three-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Quantum Computing from 23 to 25 June 2026 at the Seminar Hall, ECE Block-3.
The programme was organized to strengthen faculty members’ understanding of Quantum Computing, covering its fundamental concepts, emerging applications, and recent technological advancements. It also provided a platform for participants to explore the growing significance of quantum technologies across engineering, computing, and research.
The sessions were delivered by Mr. Sapthagiri Miriyala, who shared valuable insights into Quantum Computing, its practical applications, and its potential to transform next-generation computing systems. The interactive sessions encouraged participants to engage in meaningful discussions and explore current developments in this rapidly evolving field.
The Faculty Development Programme enhanced participants’ technical knowledge and research perspectives while promoting continuous professional development.
