Women in Engineering Day was commemorated on July 11, 2023, at the Main Seminar Hall, Block-3, by the IEEE student branch of NEC in association with the ECE Department and Women Empowerment Cell.
Dr. Harivardhanagiri Subhadra, IEEE WIE Chair, Hyderabad section, and Dr. Amrutha Valli, Associate Professor, Department of Botany & Microbiology, Australian National University, served as the event’s key guests and spoke to the audience about the significance of women succeeding in the engineering field.
