Activity 2 Field Visit and Idea Creation Programme Under DICE
Narasaraopet, October 3, 2026: As part of the Developing Innovation Culture and Entrepreneurship (DICE) – Building Innovation Ecosystem in PM SHRI Schools initiative, students of ZPHS, Satuluru, visited Narasaraopeta Engineering College (NEC).
During the field visit, the students explored the AICTE IDEA Lab, laboratories, innovation facilities and student projects at NEC. The visit provided them with practical exposure to modern technologies, prototyping facilities and innovation activities.
An interactive Brainstorming and Idea Creation Session was also conducted, encouraging students to identify problems in their surroundings and develop innovative solutions. The session focused on nurturing creativity, problem-solving skills, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among the students.
Dr. S. V. N. Sreenivasu, Dean – R&D and Professor, CSE, NEC; Dr. K. Lakshminadh; Dr. B. S. Nageswara Rao; Dr. D. Suneel, Vice Principal; and Mr. Vishal Kumar, Robotic Engineer, HackBoats, Hyderabad, interacted with the students and motivated them to observe real-life problems, think creatively and transform their ideas into innovative solutions.
The programme aims to build a strong innovation ecosystem in PM SHRI Schools by introducing students to innovation, technology, problem-solving and entrepreneurship at an early stage.
