The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Narasaraopeta Engineering College (Autonomous), successfully organized a One-Week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “AI-Driven Approaches to Pedagogy and Research” in association with NITTTR Kolkata from 02 June 2026 to 06 June 2026.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from 192 faculty members representing diverse academic disciplines. Designed to enhance educators’ understanding of emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies, the FDP focused on innovative applications of AI in teaching, learning, and research.
The programme featured expert sessions by Prof. K. Venkat Rao, NITTTR Kolkata, who shared valuable insights into AI-enabled pedagogical practices and research methodologies. The interactive sessions provided participants with practical knowledge and strategies to effectively integrate AI tools into academic and research activities.
