NEC records a proud national level win at the Smart India Hackathon 2025. NEC students emerged as national winners at the grand finale and secured a cash prize of ₹1,50,000. The team was appreciated by Palnadu District Collector Ms Kritika Shukla IAS, marking a memorable moment for the college.
The winning team impressed the jury with an innovative software solution that blends Indian classical dance mudras with artificial intelligence. The project reflected strong creativity, technical skill, and problem solving.
The team was led by G Shanmukha from Data Science, with members T Naga Kalyan from IT, K Harshitha, K V Sai Bharath from Data Science, G Chinmayi, and K Tanmayi from CSE. NEC continues to stand as a platform for national level success.
